CANCELLATION POLICY

All deposits are non-refundable. For appointments cancelled with greater than 48 hours notice, your deposit can be transferred to a rescheduled appointment. For appointments cancelled with less than 48 hours notice, deposit will be forfeited. There is a 15 minute grace period for all appointments. Please contact me if you are running late (within this allotted time frame). After 15 minutes all appointments and deposits will be forfeited.
